Vicki, Office Manager I love the responsibilities that go along with running a smooth and efficient orthodontic practice. Our ortho team is always upbeat and our patients are our #1 priority. I have always been a people person—enjoying the company of our patients and thrill of making them smile. Since my arrival in 1994, I have felt a profound sense of pride knowing that I am a part of something that improves people’s lives. I have watched many of our patients grow into beautiful people, inside and out. I feel privileged to work for Dr. Nagel, a man who has been a positive influence in this community for over thirty years.

Angie, RDA I began my pilgrimage in the dental field back in 1990! Four of which were in endodontics, periodontics, & general dentistry. The rest of the time I have been here, with Dr. Nagel. One particular aspect of this practice I especially appreciate is our child-friendliness; we all really love kids. I particularly enjoy attending to children with special needs. My hobbies entail eating good food, whether I am the chef or out at dinner with my family. I am also fond of sports, especially cross country. Like most moms, my pride and joy are my kids.

Claudia, Patient Care Coordinator I was a patient of Dr. Nagel’s before I came to work here. In fact, his enthusiasm for orthodontia and his genuine regard for his patients initially attracted me to pursue working here professionally. Since joining the team in 2002, I have shared in the joy of creating beautiful, lasting smiles. Most of what I do is administrative—scheduling appointments and ensuring smooth patient flow—while enjoying the relational atmosphere of a family practice. First and foremost though, I am a mom and wife. So, when I am not at the office I am with my wonderful family.

Nicole, Patient Care Coordinator When I was presented with the opportunity to work at Nagel Orthodontics with the front office staff it was an offer I could not pass up! Nagel Orthodontics provides such a fun-loving, professional work environment where patient care is the main priority making it such a different experience then when I was a child in braces. Being a part of Team Ortho really means a lot to me because it is allowing me to play a role in making YOUR orthodontic treatment memorable. When patients leave our office grinning from ear to ear with complete satisfaction, I take pride in knowing that I helped put that smile on their face! When I am not here at the office I enjoy spending time with my family and hanging out with my friends.

Fedelma, Finance Officer I have been on board since 2005. My responsibilities include insurance billing, financial contracts, and scheduling. Ultimately, my responsibilities revolve around patient interaction, which is a good thing because I am a people person through and through. It is a pleasure to work for such a great doctor in such a beautiful community.

Feri, RDA I have worked for Dr. Nagel since June of 2006. I feel lucky to work with someone like him and his team. Under his tutelage I have received the best orthodontic training and experience out there. One of my passions is cooking and hosting small gatherings. In fact, whenever we have potlucks, the girls request my famous spaghetti. I have developed great relationships during my time here; I really do love my job!

Joanne, RDA I became a part of Team Ortho in 2007. It is such a blessing for me to work for such a wonderful and caring doctor. I am a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), and have been working in orthodontics since 1995. I love what I do! It makes me so happy to see the wonderful and beautiful smiles we create for our patients. I am a wife and a mommy of two beautiful girls. During my free time I enjoy spending it with my family.

Krysta, RDA I joined Dr. Nagel’s team in 2006. Since then I have learned so much about orthodontics. Our environment is very friendly and family oriented, which I particularly love about our practice. When I am not in the office, I am spending time with my two beautiful children and wonderful husband. As most of our extended family is local, we find ourselves at family gatherings almost regularly. One of my favorite things to do is go camping and ride Quads. I can also be a homebody, watching movies and TV shows such as Grey’s Anatomy, The Hills, and The Ultimate Fighter.

Linda, RDA I started with Dr. Nagel in May of 2000. I have been a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) since 1979. I worked two years in general dentistry, but the rest has been in orthodontics. I did take a small break from this field to raise my two small children, but now that my kids are grown I enjoy being a part of something that improves people’s self-esteem. I love Dr. Nagel’s team; it is my other family. My spare time is filled with my two grandsons, music, arts and crafts, painting, and relaxing.

Lonnie, Lab Technician I have been in this field since 1972, but I joined Team Ortho in 1988. The popularity of Dr. Nagel’s practice makes for a fun and fast-paced work environment. Personally, I enjoy the challenge of providing efficient, quality patient care. My responsibilities include pouring and finishing models, as well as making and repairing orthodontic appliances. During my free time, I ride and show AQHA (American Quarter Horse Association) horses; my favorite classes are Western Horsemanship and Trail.

Nancy, RDA I joined Team Ortho in 2006 and I love it! I have been a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) since 1984. After all my years in this field, I can say with confidence that Dr. Nagel is the best. He sends us to conferences and seminars, keeping us up-to-date with the latest technologies and practices in orthodontics. Clearly, quality patient care is his top priority. On a personal note, I enjoy tennis, hiking, and the true outdoors. Most of all, I take pleasure in spending time with my daughter, who is also a patient.

Mahnaz Babak, Sterilization I have always been interested in the dental field and working here at Nagel Orthodontics has given me that opportunity. Before I moved to the U.S., I earned my bachelor’s degree in Educational Science in Iran. With this degree I worked as an elementary school teacher. When I moved to the U.S. I continued teaching as a substitute. When the job arose at Nagel Orthodontics I was very eager and excited to begin. Working here has given me a lot of great experience in the dental field. I am working on earning my RDA license and hope to have that in the near future.
